Gareth Pugh Frieze Film

Show Studio pulls the covers off its latest video exploit involving avant-garde desginer Gareth Pugh and his film titled Frieze. The film features archival video footage taken from a Nick Knight photoshoot back in Octoboer of 2006 for i-D magazine. The approach to cinemetagrophy is a “reverie that expresses all the unbridled innovation and invention both of this shoot, and of Pugh’s stratospheric career to date.” Whilst Pugh’s collections are often devoid of color and take on darker tones, we see a live and animated execution in this project.
