Japanese bike shop W-Base has hooked up with Stussy Japan on an all new collaboration t-shirt. The tee features obvious references to W-Base’s trade as a bike store. The tee comes in white and black and will release May 3rd.
The sneaker scene in general has enjoyed a large number of events to go alongside the popularity in footwear and collecting, with the recent Kicks Lab event in Japan yielded some interesting sights. Mita and Atmos were on hand, each showcasing various sneakers they’ve had a hand in creating over the years including unreleased versions of the New Balance MT580 from Mita. Amongst the store displays were a large range of Nikes and Jordans on display.

Their rib design and sturdy shell have become a noticeable feature within many of their pieces. United Arrows has become a popular fixture in Japan’s retail market, offering their own design philosophies on a new series of luggage tilted Honey Gold. The collection spans five different sizes, ranging from 23 L all the way to a massive 110 L.

Amos Toy, featuring the artwork of James Jarvis, recently released some new items via their online store. Included amongst the items are a notebook and sticker set being produced by Japanese company, One Gram. Along with both of these releases will be a mug featuring the YOD character as well. Nexus VII from Japan could be considered a hi-end street brand similar to the likes of Mastermind Japan. Here are some of their newest releases which includes a tee dedicated to Grammy Award Nominated Singer/Songwriter Nina Simone. Other t-shirts include the Vote Miles tee and the Lie tee. All the t-shirts are what you expect from Nexus VII, graphics that aren’t too busy but will make a statement at the same time. Available now at Figure.
Turntable Lab, the store which sells all sorts of DJing equipment, has teamed up with Stussy on two new “Beats” t-shirts. One of the tees feature a drummer boy graphic with the names of various DJ’s on the back while the other tee has an assortment of instruments and also names of DJ’s on the back. Both styles come in two colors and are now available at Stussy Japan.
New from the brand, FUCT, are two t-shirts which include the Sonic Titans tee and the Flannel Death Bunny tee. The Sonic Titans tee is inspired by the song “Holy Mountain” from the band, Sleep. The Flannel Death Bunny tee is a play on the crossbone and the Playboy graphic. Look for these to drop soon at FUCT dealers.
Head Porter Plus is the apparel line for the “cool” division of Head Porter (which is headed by Hiroshi Fujiwara if you didn’t know that already). Here are some of the new releases from Head Porter Plus which include items like the Tie-Dye Tees and the Fred Perry x Head Porter Plus Polo. Most of the items from this Season has a light hearted feeling inspired by things like sailing and the beach. The items are now available at the Honeyee store.
Synonymous with the Five Strikes logo is the boutique Undefeated which has recently released this new UNDFTD New Era Fitted Cap. This Fitted features a Strikes Checkered pattern and comes in two colors – black and white. These caps will be available only at their online store.
