Central Saint Martin’s graduating student Christopher Shannon finished off his graduating final collection of menswear with two exclusive pairs of New Balance 860s. Emanating from the legendary Flimby factory, the footwear complimented his collection of denim and reversible jackets. Unfortunately not some New Balances we expect to hit the retail front.

Dover Street Market Isetan represents a special team-up between the English/Japanese retailers as they celebrate 150 years of successful Anglo-Japanese relations. While previous news saw Visvim & COMME des GARCONS work together, another release features COMME des GARCONS on a sole account. The Hiroshi Fujiwara designed DS Lite was inspired by HF’s theme of creating a more mature and grown up version of the world’s most popular console. Available only for sale via a successful drawing, the DS Lite will retail for ¥16,800 JPY (approximately $169 USD).

Japan’s premier department store Istean is celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Anglo-Japanese Treaty of Amenity and Commerce with a special collection of products released in association with Dover Street Market. The definitive highlight of the co-designed products is a collaborative effort between Visvim and COMME des GARCONS on a capsule of FBTs and apparel. The “Marketing Machine” FBTs feature an all-over print over three different colors and utilizing the new Folk sole. The apparel consists of a button-up in true CdG form as well as a pocket hoodie. The collection will be avialable exclusively at the special Dover Street Market Isetan space until March 31st.

One of California’s institutions for over 10 years, True will release a special pack of New Era 59FIFTY fitted caps to correspond with the theme of Easter. The caps are broken up into three groups, Black Spring, Easter Formal and New Color Block.
