For the upcoming New Balance 576 20th Anniversary party at Leftfoot Holland Village, a special commemorative t-shirt was co-created by Sole Obsession, customizer Lazy and New Balance. The t-shirt is inspired by the Kings of Rulers, Crusaders and the Templar Knights, from an era where nobility reigned the lands. As battle lines would be drawn, death and battle would ensue as each member felt their right to become king and possess the single purple rose. The limited run of 50 shirts will be given out at the private invitation party.

Oft-imitated, and one of the bestselling sneakers of all time, the term ‘classic’ is thrown around too often, but in the case of the adidas Stan Smith, it’s entirely appropriate. Clean and versatile, the shoe has been reintroduced in its superior 1977 shape as a 1 to 1 reproduction of this instantly recognizable silhouette as part of adidas’ forthcoming Tournament Pack. Dropping in limited numbers, it’s the perfect antidote to garish retros, with the perforated upper, quality leather, sparing use of forest green and subtle laser etching completing a release that’s well worth a closer look.
If there’s anything that signifies the changing aesthetics of Bape, its this weekends releases at Bape Hong Kong. The collection is supremely subdued with some simple pieces signifying an apparent movement. Bape in simple terms is growing up. The inclusion of blazers/sports coats further cement this argument. Also releasing this Saturday, March 8th, is the collection of Spongebob x Bape plush toys and charms.
