From humble beginnings, Japanese artist Usugrow has created a real name for himself. From initial partnerships in his infancy with The Hundreds to successful showings with names like Mike Giant, his recent book Love Hate From Jp offers a perspective on his favorite personal works. With Puma’s collaboration game regarding anything hip-hop on lock down it seems, here’s a look into another series of Yo! MTV Raps inspired Pumas on the classic Suede model. Totally subdued styling is more then uncharacteristic of MTV YO! Raps’ legacy in the late 80s to early 90s. No word yet on availability.

In two separate partnerships, Roen produced a mesh cap with Spalding and a t-shirt with MTV. The overused skull motif is at the backdrop of each design which leads us to wonder, how many Japanese brands can lay claim to the skull and bones as their logo. The t-shirt with MTV features a highly detailed print complete with tassels, studs, sequins and metal hoops.
