Almost 20 years in the making, Canada’s Too Black Guys has been consistently dropping smart designs. Each season incorporates a new theme and logo. The 2008 Summer Jim Crowe Couture collection has several racially themed undertones offering both serious and more light hearted connotations in some smart aesthetics.
With sneakers at the root of many of their designs, Sneaktip has previewed some of their latest pieces for the 2008 Spring collection. The designs include beanies, 99 Problems tee, Spiz’ike tee and Step Your Game Up tee. These pieces are set to hit only the top 25 Sneaktip retailers in the US.
One of Nike’s original classics, the Cortez was an original conception by Onitsuka Tiger but evolved into a Nike branded product through a strategic partnership. The Running Man Cortez features the same characteristics with its OG “toe to heel” cushioning and iconic silhouette. Available now at Hanon.
Artist Dave White has had a large part in this year’s Malaysian leg of Nike Dunk celebrations. He was on hand to paint a series of portraits depicting the original colorways of the Nike Dunk in a style which has become well known amongst sneaker heads.

Nike has just updated their Be True website with a chronicles of some of the best Dunks throughout the shoe’s history.
