We have posted a lot of items from Futura Laboratories recently so we really wanted to stop with the FL items but this tee was too hard to pass on. Futura Laboratories, the brand by the artist Futura 2000, has released this really cool Topography tee which features an all over print of a Topographic map. These maps are generally used to tell the elevation of different places like mountains or oceans. New also from FL are some splattered long sleeve tees. Available now at the FL shop in Japan.
The Pumps from Reebok has been an iconic sneaker since its first release in 1989. The Pump system was innovative during its time. It allowed the wearer the ability to set its own support and comfort level just be pumping on the little basketball on the sneaker tongue. The Pump has made a come back in recent years not for its ability on the courts but for its look and style. Here is Reebok’s 2nd “Pump” Bring Back” series which include three shoes, the Pump Omni Lite, the Pump D-Time and the Court Victory Pump. These sneakers will be available exclusively at XLarge, Undefeated and Atmos Tokyo.

The shoes feature Nike’s Free technology which provides maximum board feel and flexibility. It also has the usual like a rubber toecap, a Zoom Air Bag, a breathable tongue and more. Other than the nice functionality of the shoe, the Zoom TRE AD looks pretty good as well! You can watch an interview with Nike SB’s Lead Designer, James Arizumi, about this new shoe here.
There will be six colorways coming out throughout this year starting with March.
Upon its debut in 1982, the New Balance 990 series tipped the scales at a staggering $100 USD, a rare price point at the time. It’s styling is still relevant over 25 years later, as the 990 in our eyes looks every bit as contemporary with its clean cut styling and flattering silhouette. The M990 EX seen here includes a gray and black upper with mesh and suede details. Available now at Mita.
Last year in June, we saw the release of the 4 feet Companion toy from the artist KAWS. The toy which cost $2500 USD was instantly sold out when it was released. Recently some friends of KAWS including Nigo and Kei had a visit to KAWS’ studio in New York. In one of the pictures from his blog, there is a 4 feet Companion in a Black colorway. Unfortunately, there is currently no information whether this is an upcoming release or just a sample made for “friends and family”.
