adidas Consortium 2008 April Releases

adidas’ premier Consortium releases for April have been released. The Consortium range seems to not really exude anything special for the month of April with some rather lackluster releases. Perhaps the lack of clear concise direction and concepts has been made apparent. adidas Consortium’s use of concepts was put on the back burner in a recent interview with adidas Consortium’s Dean Lokes as they decided to return to designing good colorways. Thanks to the French blog Guillotine, we get to take a look at some of the upcoming products from Gourmet’s Fall/Winter collection. In these pictures, we get a look at some Houndstooth pattern sweater and jackets. The clothes are nice but nothing exciting. However, one picture reveals some upcoming sneakers from the brand. Gourmet’s sneakers have been popular since the beginning due to the fact that the silhouette’s of their sneakers resemble the Air Jordans but in a much more refined way.
