Avant Garde designer Jeremy Scott was an integral part of Las Vegas brand and boutique FRUITION’s 2nd Anniversary in the Summer of 2007 with the release of a collection of items exclusive to a very small select number of retailers. The two have joined forces once again to create a fully encompassing collaboration which combines different elements to create a true high fashion meets street perspective. Look for more projects in the future to spring up from the people at FRUITION.
Nike Hong Kong recently launched its own Nike Dunk 2008 campaign with its Be True exhibition at Exit by Double Park. Much like previous instillations such as Bring that Beat Back by UNDFTD Radio, the Be True event featured Japanese artwork and the latest releases of Dunks. In addition a collection of some of the most memorable Dunk releases within the last few years were also on display. The event will run for three weeks at Exit by Double Park.

The adidas Originals “The Originals Games” collection is a selection of products each paying tribute to various aspects of the Olympics. A few days ago we saw the spawning of a Kool-Aid x Reebok collabo in the works which involved Kool-Aid scented soles. Here’s the full pictures here, I can already see the kids wearing a different color on each foot and telling their friends to smell their sweat x Kool-Aid feet.
To a large demographic of skates in the mid 90s, the SLB from Etnies went down in the books of many as one of the great skate shoes of its time. Fast forward to the end of this year, In4mation has a collabo cooked up for two colorways of the SLB in black and red. Stay tuned for more details.
