Hobo is a term that usually refers to homeless folks. However, the Japanese label Hobo is far from that. Hobo has just released pictures of their 2008 Spring/Summer collection which features a multitude of items including shirts, bags, shoes and accessories. One of the items that stands out is the Sierra shoes by the footwear maker Diemme. Unfortunately you can only get the brand from Japan so for those who might not be able to get their hands on any Hobo items, at least you can check out their lookbook here.
Few weeks ago, Fashion Week Daily announced that Pharrell Willams was working with Camille Miceli from Louis Vuitton on a new jewelry collection called the Blason collection. This new collection is “a variation on four themes, in which the rhythm and energy of the new continent harmonize with the spirit of historic Europe.” Prices range from 420 to 1200 Euro and will be available at Louis Vuitton stores starting this Spring.

Garni is a Japanese brand under the helm of designer Eiji Furuya. The company takes pride in making handmade silverware. Here is their new item – the 051 Skull Ring. This ring is made up of approximately 280 Swarovski crystals and comes in several different colors. They are now available at SOL in Taiwan for 9,800 NT.
If you’re looking to catalog the consumerist aspect of the street culture scene, LA MJC will release their annual All Gone publication for 2007 at the end of the month. The book outlines month by month the biggest and most sought after releases of 2007. Everything from books, sneakers, toys and apparel are all featured within the 256 pages. The book also boasts the help of some impressive players for both photography and direction. The book will be available exclusively through Colette and Sold Out with tentative drop dates set for January 31st/February 1st.
