As summer comes to end and things start to cool down, Vans is right on track with these shearling-lined suede Chukka boots. Shearling is a soft, natural material and one of nature’s greatest insulators. The soft wool fibers of shearling wick away moisture for increased comfort and breathability. These warmer cousins of the classic Vans Chukka come in cane and a darker dachshund color, and both feature a gum rubber midsole. Available now at Classic Kicks and other Vans retailers.
For over 10 years, Swedish work wear label Dunderdon has established itself as one of the most innovative brands in its field. Created under the influence of carpenter Per-Ivan Hagberg, Dunderon was created on a whim to fill a void in the pants market. His design goal was simple in the sense that he wanted to create apparel that maintained a uniform fit but also featured different highlighting characteristics.
As the brand grew, Per-Ivan ensured that all pieces within the Dunderdon line would be created solely out of necessity and would fulfill a certain requirement. Here is a look at their latest 2007 Fall Collection which includes the J13 Dull Nylon, J17 Function Nylon jacket, J25 Coated Canvas jacket, J30 Nylon jacket, SH15 Flannel, KN 11 Lamb wool Sweater and KN15 Lamb wool Vest. Available now at various Dunderdon dealers worldwide.

Swedish denim brand Julian Red has combined their creative talents with footwear label Gravis to create a special collection involving the strengths from each respective brand. The Lodown sneaker has some dark yet romantic highlights in the form of a rose/asphalt pattern on the insole and heel. This same pattern was also seen within Julian Red’s 2007 Spring/Summer collection. The white leather upper sets the tone with leather laces. Moving from Gravis’ forte into the Julian Red’s domain is a pair of collaborative denim. The washed denim features an interesting reddish/pink weft. Available now at stores such as Footasylum, Dogfish, Klog, Soi77 and Schindler in the UK.
