Among the characters transcending from the silver screen into the sneaker world are Freddy Kreuger, Jason from Friday the 13th and Chucky. Each sneaker panel correlates directly with various characteristics portrayed by the character such as the denim seen on the Ventilators refering to Chucky’s overalls, the perforated heel cup signaling Jason’s iconic hockey mask and the cut marks on the leather heel cup of the Alien Stomper sending fearful thoughts of Freddy Kreuger.
