Established in 1949, Onitsuka Tiger has had a long heritage in the sneaker industry. Today, we had a chance to visit their booth. Other than new colorways of various Onitsuka Tiger sneakers, they will be doing a special project called the Fabre Big Koi which is designed by Koi Klub Berlin. The Fabre Big Koi sneaker features laces with Japanese characters and badges at the back of the shoe which says “Ancient Ways” in Japanese. The Fabre Big Koi collection which comes in three colors (dark blue, red and grey) will be releasing this November. Look for them to drop at Onitsuka Tiger dealers.
We normally don’t cover sneakers from Le Coq Sportif but we were pretty impressed by some of the styles that were on display. We don’t know what these shoes are called since we were not supposed to take pictures but here’s a look at them. Shhh….
At a show like BBB, how can you not check out brands like Puma? We had a chance to check out some of their upcoming Puma Clydes and Baskets. One of our favorite Clydes features nice detailing on the laces and the inner lining of the shoe. The Puma Basket features funky patterns on the upper of the sneaker.

Here is a look at some of the tees and caps that will be releasing from Freshjive. The new collection features bold colors, design and patterns which is expected from a label that is known for their daring designs.
We met up with the folks at Caliroots and they showed us a preview of their soon to be released denim line. We always hate it when our denim rubs off onto our sneakers but this new line from Caliroots solves the problem with sneaker protectors sewn on the inside of the pant leg. The denim comes in the colors of purple, yellow, red, white, green and blue. There is also a salvage denim model. Available at Caliroots starting next week.
