In a true story of coincidence, Michael Davis of mid 1960’s Detroit’s rock band MC5 stumbled upon their reinterpreted White Panther logo on a pair of Obey jeans his son had just purchased. MC5, perhaps best known for paving the way for punk later had Michael Davis contact Obey to create a legitimate partnership and create this latest collection. No hard feelings though as both parties shared a mutual respect for one another. The collection features an M-65 jacket, a t-shirt and a cap. No word yet on a release date.

For Summer, there are two different styles of denim, each with two different washes, as well as nice shirts, hats and knit shorts. The denim is produced entirely in Los Angeles from Cone Mills denim and feature a button fly, various prints, and Pocket-Guards to ensure no more blowouts.
