Japanese brand Neighborhood spurred this latest collaboration with Stussy to produce this run of t-shirts featuring the widely recognizable Stussy font alongside a crested NBHD design. Seven colors in total are available with black/black and white/blue being sold at NBHD and the Hoods store. The other five colors going to Stussy stores around Japan. Kids sizes will also be available. The release is slated for July 14th.

One of Japan’s premier streetwear magazines, street JACK turns 10 years old this year. As a tribute, Aki Hoshino (Japanese swimsuit model), G-Shock and Kiks Tyo got together to create 3 special edition exclusive t-shirts. For a limited time these t-shirts will be available for international pre-orders. Each t-shirt is exclusive only to street JACK, Kiks Head Shop (Shibuya) and HTML SHOP (Ikebukuro) respectively. The t-shirts can be pre-ordered here until July 15th in which pre-orders will cease.
MHI have just released a great new series of anti-war themed t-shirts. The collection includes a number of strong graphics, including the MHI x WoodWood “Treehuggers United” tee as pictured above. In a recent trend, many brands have expanded their horizons into the housewares division and created some interesting items. Kitsuné recently enlisted the help of designer and fragrance maker James Heeley to create this sesame seed inspired candle. Although sesame seeds have little to no smell on their own, La Glace au Sesame Noir (Sesame Seed Ice Cream) denotes an interesting mix of scents. The finished product results in secondary scents of dark caramel, honey, dry wheat and the slightest hint of vanilla.
The candle is packaged in a sesame seed screen printed container and when lit the candle provides a backlit silhouette of the seeds. After the candle has been used, the container is perfect for use as a planter or holder on your desk.
The candle itself is made in France. 50 hours of burn time is surely ample time to provide a pleasant aromatic experience with this candle. Available now at the Colette webstore.
This July marks the release of the beginning of the Fall/Winter 2007 adidas Consortium series. With 33 models lined up, we can’t wait to see what adidas has in store. Some of the best boutiques have been enlisted once again to work their magic which include the likes of D-mop (Hong Kong), Colette (Paris), Huf (San Francisco), DQM (New York) and Atmos (Tokyo).
Some of the themes set to release include the status pack, the hidden message pack, the animal pack and the nature pack. Stay tuned for more details in which will be an undeniably interesting next few months.

This Saturday July 14th, the soccer field at Crossroads School in Santa Monica will be the location of some furious soccer action as this year’s adiCup Los Angeles goes down. Building on last years success, this years tournament looks to be a great time with 20 teams made up of some of your favorite LA business’ and brands vying for the top prize. The tournament will also provide drinks, BBQ and music by DJ King Britt.
