Photographer Josh Cheuse has put together part 1 (of many) of a new collaboration with Stussy titled Rockers Galore. This project contains a depiction of many never before seen pictures of various Rockers of different genres doing their thing. A book is also releasing April 21st via Stussy Books in Tokyo.

Paul Rodriguez recently unveiled some new sample pics of his recently released 2nd generation signature shoe, the P-rod. Some interesting things emanating from Nike SB. Tetsu Nishiyama – a/k/a TET from seminal Japanese military inspired brand WTAPS – recently did a very in depth interview with Beinghunted regarding the who, where, and why of WTAPS. A great read and an inspiring story from a relatively quiet pioneer of the streetwear scene.

Bounty Hunter have just released new photo’s of some of their upcoming products. Included are a leather jacket, a camo jacket, as well as two shirts and a key chain. The leather jacket is meant to fit small so it stretches and molds to the contours of your body. Having said that, they are only available in size small and medium. With 2007 being the monumental birthday’s of many big companies and brands out there, there is no limit of interesting collaborations. This latest one from Staple Design & Lomo Cameras represents the possibility for a worldwide collaboration piece. Staple Design has instilled upon anybody interested to take photographs using this special Staple Lomo Colorsplash camera. The camera’s ability to add different filters, enables colored flashes to create pictures in different lights makes it a good candidate for interesting photo’s.
The theme of this project is the Chakras. In Hindu religion, Chakras represent the seven centers of spiritual energy within the human body. In turn the seven Chakras relates tot he Colorsplash.
Purple: Peace and tranquility.
Blue: Music and nightlife, parties, and gatherings.
Green: Nature, life, and animals.
Yellow: Activities, diversions, and sports.
Orange: Consumption, eating, buying, and collecting.
Red: Sex, passion, love, and strength.

Tretorn might not be a familiar brand but this collaboration is definitely worth knowing about. The two Swedish designers Tretorn and Acne Jeans released their first project together – the Stroll Mid Canvas and the Stroll Low Canvas. The shoes are available in four colors, electric blue, navy, white, and black.

This year marks Staple Design’s 10th Anniversary. For this occasion Staple Design has worked with several companies including Medicom Toys for some anniversary items. Like the Bearbrick they released before, Staple Design and Medicom will be releasing another set of Bearbricks which come in sizes 400%, 100% and 50%. These Bearbricks were designed designed by Jeff Staple, the owner of Staple Design. Available in July 2007.

DC Shoes is embarking on a new venture titled the Life Collection. The theme of this collection can be sought out in fashion, art, and music. The blending of DC’s skate shoe expertise and the themes relevant to the Life Collection in itself represent a step towards DC’s endless goal in the area of footwear innovation.
Those familiar with the DC Striker will see a special twist with this Mighty Healthy concoction. The upper of the shoe is faux ostrich skin. A purple sole is rounded off with gold stitching accents. The Mighty Healthy logo can be seen on the tongue, and will be an easy spot for those who like to wear their kicks, tongues out.
Mighty Healthy as many of you know has become a mainstay in the scene in the last few years. Created in 2004 by New York natives, Ray Mate and Denis Iderman; Mighty Healthy represented an apparel line that could accurately reflect and portray their personal life and experiences.
DC Shoes has actually had quite a bit of experience with collaboration’s. The Double Label Project has been an ongoing project since 2001 and was created to fuse together creative partnerships with influences in and around the skateboard community.
