Cinco de Mayo (“The Fifth of May” in Spanish) is a national holiday in Mexico which is also widely celebrated in the United States. For this occasion, Adidas will be releasing an apparel and sneaker set, which features colors and graphics that represent Mexico. There will be an Adidas Track Jacket and a pair of Superstars in this set so look for these to release in the next while before the Fifth of May.

Converse has been working with designer John Varvatos for quite some time now designing a series of classic Converse sneakers. For Spring/Summer ‘07 they will be introducing a full line of clothing to go along side those sneakers. This collection consist of mens and ladies wear producing many pieces like denim, hoodies, tees, dresses, and much more. Ontour is releasing their Spring/Summer ‘07 Collection named “Sliced Ontour” and here are some photos from their catalog. This season features many styles in t-shirts and a variety of cut and sew items. They have a wide range of mens and womens wear and they will be also introducing new pieces this season like polo shirts, knitwear, a summer jacket and an extended womens range. This Lucky Luciano model features all-over chain printed graphics on its white upper, and is complimented by the gold Creative Recreation logo. The shoes will be limited and will be in stores around the nation starting next week.

Sneaker Freaker were recently put in charge of creating a special commemorative quasi magazine/book regarding the Air Force 1. With no short of experience in writing and magazine production, who better to instill this honor upon. Included in this piece are interviews with many of the leading Air Force 1 heads in the world such as DJ Clark Kent, Bobbito Garcia, and Stash. It doesn’t stop there, a lesson is provided in the history of the New York “Uptown” scene, as well as the upcoming range of AF1’s releasing this year.
