Earlier this year, UNDFTD and sports company Spalding teamed up together to create a special ball for the 2007 NBA All-Star game in Las Vegas. The two are at it again this time creating a ball for sale during the Paper 24 Hour Department Store. The 24 Hour Department Store is a collaborative effort between 25 different labels which in turn is part of the L.A. Project presented by Paper Mag. Some of the brands involved include Opening Ceremony, Supreme, UNDFTD, and FUCT. This ball will be available at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 9th.

Andrew Brandou and Dr. Romanelli represent two Los Angeles based artists at the creative forefront of reinspired designs. This latest Surgical Strike collection is a mix of clothing and paintings each incorporating a military inspired theme. The concept behind this project is Dr. Romanelli’s personal fascination with vintage military apparel. This collection includes Romanelli’s trademark customized apparel which extend far beyond the original military aesthetic and incorporate a higher-end feel and execution. Andrew Brandou has contributed a series of paintings based off of the works of wildlife artist John James Audubon. These pieces will debut on November 22nd at Maharishi.

Sexy models on t-shirts have always been best sellers. In 2006, the label KIKS TYO from Japan came onto the sneaker scene and started releasing t-shirts designed under the "Sneakers and Girls" theme. Now, continuing with KIKS TYO’s ongoing collaboration with Japanese gravure idol Aki Hoshino are these SBTG & AJ1 inspired t-shirts. Both sneaker customizer SBTG & the Air Jordan 1 shoe have had a great influence in the sneaker culture therefore it was appropriate for KIKS TYO to chose those for these t-shirts. The shirts are now available at the KIKS TYO store retailing at ¥6,825.
Ubiq represents an independent footwear company from Japan that in recent history has released some well designed sneakers. Here is a look at the new Fatima model where Ubiq has taken Native Indian geometric patterns and reinterpreted it with a modern twist. The sneakers which comes in four colorways feature a nubuck upper with a vulcanized sole giving the shoe a simple but unique look. Available soon at Ubiq dealers.
For Protest Design’s fourth anniversary, most of the attention was given to the CLOT collaboration bracelet. Made using silver, the bracelet has both the CLOT and Protest Dsign’s logos. There will be two versions of the bracelet available. One version features tiny crystals on the logos and only 20 of those will be produce. The crystal version will be available on November 17th while the second version that doesn’t come with the crystals will be available this Saturday in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Malaysia at stores like Sense Organ.
