New Balance will be releasing it’s third collaboration with Microzine on a pair of New Balance 576 called the Stingray III. Just like the previous pairs, the Stingray III will have Stingray material on both the New Balance logo and the heel of the shoes. These will be launching in July and will be limited to 60 pairs worldwide.

Recently, there has been quite a few articles published by various news sources on the ‘sneaker craze’ with the most famous article on the New York Pigeon Dunk Riots. Here is another article by Business Week which talks about people lining up for a pair of Supreme x Nike SB Blazers which dropped a few weeks back.
Early on the morning of Apr. 21, several hundred sneakerheads, most in their late teens and early twenties, lined up outside the skateboard boutique Supreme, in New York’s SoHo. Many had expensive-looking spiky haircuts. Others donned too-large baseball caps with flat brims twisted slightly to the side. Almost everybody wore jeans and T-shirts or sweatshirts, adorned with pictures or logos meaningless to the uninitiated, and sported retro Nikes in a rainbow of colors and fabrics. Almost all male, some were speaking Chinese as they waited for a shoe to “drop.”
