As you all know, the last Sneaker Pimps in New York City was huge. Big crowds, big performances, and big exhibits. Although difficult to top, I’m sure Toronto will try it’s best to please the sneaker crowd also with performances by the legendary Pete Rock, DJ Fathom, and DJ Serious. There will also be artist installations by Dave White, Press Pause, and Jordan English. And to top it off, Nike will be in the house for a special Nike Air Force 1 presentation. Toronto heads, get ready for this one.

Freshjive is coming out with a special edition release called, The Monster of Madness series. The series is inspired by characters and images from monsters, heavy metal music, and the military. On some of the pieces you will find familiar images like Slimer from ghostbusters, granades, tanks, and other spooky faces. Talk about a monster collab. GQ Taiwan, Microsoft, and Freshness are joining forces to present to the masses, FUSED. FUSED is both a celebration and an exhibit that mixes technology and sub-culture artistic expressions. 10 artists which includes 123KLAN (France), DAVE WHITE (UK) , DED (UK) , HONEST (US) , DOPPEL (Japan) , MEG aka Trip (Japan) , PHUNK STUDIO (Singapore), SBTG (Singapore), ELECTROLYCHEE (Philippines), and, BOUNCE (Taiwan) were chosen to convey their exceptional art styles onto Microsoft XBOX 360’s. Once these XBOX 360’s have been displayed, a charity auction will be held for them with all proceeds going to WORLD VISION CHARITY.

Slam Jam has a new project named Project Slam (P.S.) which is a series of exhibition selected by the Slam Jam crew. Kostas Seremetis Studio is the artist they are featuring now and they have also printed 500 copies of the leaflets for the show.
