Tomorrow on May 27th, 2005, Nike iD will be giving away “Free” shoes at Times Square. Check out Freshness for full story and pictures.
This Friday May 27th 2005 will the last day visitors to Time Square will be able to see the Nike iD billboard at 3 Times Square (Reuters building signage). To celebrate, Nike iD will be hosting “NIKE FREE for ALL”. Between 1pm and 5pm every shoe created on the billboard will be produced for the creator for free.
Union, Stüssy and Undefeated each were asked by Nike to design a pair of shoes. Being Hunted has the pictures of the end product!

* Adam Wiessman/Stüssy: Blazer – melton wool, chenille swoosh, leather

Each model will be available as Quickstrike beginning with Union in June, followed by Stüssy in July, and UNDFTD in August.

Here’s the Laser Locust Swarm from JB. I wasn’t a big fan of JB’s shoes until recently when the JB x Motugs came out. Now, these JB Laser Locust Swarms have confirmed that JB will be a big player in the sneaker market in the years to come! Just look at all that detail! Everything looks great from the soles, the inner lining, the leather to the stitching. These will be released in the middle of summer. Keep up the good work!
