The offical Bathing Ape website is up. I don’t know how the site will work but it seems like in the future, you’ll have to download their Bape program to see their Bape stuff. Right now, the Bape program just says that “Welcome to Bape World” and “Coming Soon”. Nevertheless, it looks pretty cool. Check it out if you’re bored.
Translation from Freshness:
“This is A Bathing Ape®’s official site”
“To read the BAPE.com/site please download the file (application). For more information click here”
Remember the Mekanism/Invader Skateboard we talked about on our old site? The same company, Mekanism, is now releasing some new tees for spring/summer 2005. Check out their site at www.mekanismskateboards.com if to find out what shops carry them!
On April 1st, 2005 which is like only 2 days later, the last model in the adidas 35th Anniversary series will be revealed on the adidas website. This top secret model will be the most limited of all the 35th Anniversary Superstars. Using the Superstar vintage as the base shoe, only 300 of this model will be released. Also I heard you’ll have to do some skill testing question to get this shoe. So check back on April 1st, 2005 to find out how you can obtain this once in a life time shoe.
Nike Skateboarding has updated their site with some new shoes which include the Nike Blazer SB (on the right) and the Nike Dunk Low “Boca”. I don’t know why but you’ll find the Nike Blazer SB in the Dunk section which is most likely a mistake. The Nike Dunk “Boca” comes in varsity royal/lightening colors which are by BOCA Juniors. Both are looking pretty nice so look for these soon in your local SB shops.
If you’re interested in the upcoming Nike Court Froce hTm, then you’ll probably be interested to know that they will be coming out in four different colors: black/white, brown/white, sky blue/white and dark blue/white. Same as before, they will be limited to only 1000 pairs.
