7. Murderer kills to a theme song, never caught, based on a true story. Korean film.

9. Girl attracted to her uncle, kills uncle then runs away. The uncle buried one brother alive and killed the other

6. In the Mood For Love
7. Memories of Murder?
9. Stoker
10. Y Tu Mama Tambien (This is the best film he's made imo)

I would of only got 6 and 10 without the other clues. I'm not sure of 7, but I can't remember if he killed to a theme song or not. Really good list.

Here's a few others:

1. A teacher tries to help a student but the student helps out instead...
2. A young adult decides to find the self by himself...
3. An athlete with a temper has more troubles outside of the sport...
4. This man tries to demonstrate that he is more than his appearance would suggest...
5. A broken legend gives everything for one last time...

Sorry if any are repeats, the thread is really long and I haven't looked through all of it.

You got number 5, number one was already answered by It's Only Hype, it's Half Nelson starring Ryan Gosling. Number 3 is about a man that rages throughout his sport and his domestic life.

Good guess, but number 4 is not animated. It's in black and white and it takes place in a very particularly judgmental time in history in which the protagonist wants to be viewed as a human being not some freak.

La Haine with that Cut Killer scene

an Irish guy snitches.
The Departed

@seventy
You got everything on my previous list correct. The killer from Memories of Murder didn't really kill to
a theme song like a boxer entering to a specific song though, I just needed a vague description lol.

Sadly, I havent seen many documentaries, so Im gonna guess Man on a Wire, Senna or Jiro Dreams of Sushi hah
from your previous list and 2. Into the Wild?

Edit* And I havent seen 1 and 4 so Imma check those out when I cant

BackLike45', you got it man. Number 2 is Into the Wild. RIP Chris McCandless.

The documentary I'm talking about was made by a famous grizzled filmmaker and you definitely have to check out Half Nelson and The Elephant Man.

Is 4 from your list about the depressed man, Taste of Cherry?

I'll try to think of some more.

D.B., True Grit, maybe? Original or remake?
