i go asleep at like 5 in the morning manI haven't been asleep in atleast 4 days. I can't be sure how long it's been because my judgment on time is fucked at this point.It's bad. You'll soon start hallucinating because you're sleep deprived. Skipping on sleep is very unhealthy and can damage you mentally and physically. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep at night man.
And i try to get the least 7 hours sleep
