honestly i think that if you feel that your time spent on the internet (or playing games )you couldve been doing something productive, you most definitely need to take a break.The ONLY time im on the internet (or playing the game ) is when I have absolutely nothing else to do.Most of the time im on the net im learning something.I learned how to make 3d models in about 4 months this year.I never let the internet take up too much of my time.I remember one point my mom thought I was on the internet all day doing nothing but I actually be making beats and shit lol.So i spend alot of time on my computer but not much on the internet.
