Personally, I don't use anything at the moment. I tried switching from Alberto Matt Clay to Matt Paste, and it went awry, so I'm just comb training until I can find a decent pomade.

Well I use aussie scrunch spray and it works really well. All I do is after I take a shower (to get my hair wet) I put my hair in a messy bun then I spray it with scrunch spray and then I let it dry. It works really well if you do it that way. It takes awhile to dry though so u should do it before you go to bed at night and then it will be ready in the morning. O ya... and it smells really good.

I actually just use hair conditioner as gel. If you need something with strong hold, I wouldn't recommend it as wind will take it apart quick. But I ain't into strong crispy hold. Gel fries your hair and scalp. Male patter baldness hits my family hard. I'm the only one who hasn't lost his hair at an early age cuz I'm the only one not rocking with gel. Use alternatives. Pomade. Wax. Cream. Stay away from gel.
