I think most people who end up doing something like this will just end up masturbating at the end of the 30 days instead of actually trying to go out and meet a chick. You would have to quit masturbating and promise yourself that you can't do anything other than get laid from now on.

Don't know 100% but I heard that when you stop masturbating/having sex your testosterone levels may rise for 10 days after and do not increase beyond that. I'd try to find some studies but I'm lazy/don't have time to be researching masturbating.
