hey, currently needing to get my apple ibook g4 online for my course at college, and was wondering how i would go about doing it?

i'm pretty sure it's got an airport card installed, and would i be right in saying if i got AOL wireless broadband for my pc, would i be able to pick up the connection on my laptop in my bedroom or anywhere else in the house?

any help or tips would be muchly appreciated, thanks a lot !!

If you had a wireless router then you should have no trouble using aol broadband (or any other) on your laptop.

yeah, just enable the air-port and look at all available wireless connections, just connect to the strongest one and you should be good.

i agree with the school wifi thing. somehow, at my school, no matter what broadband you got...you have to sign up with the school's wifi. it's quick and it's free....
