Flip shirts inside out, gentle cold wash, and hang dry. Woolite black for dark clothing and whatever you want for your other stuff. Dry it in an area with good circulation or else your clothes will smell like mildew. If you can, get an anti-humidifier near where you dry your clothes. It seems like a lot of work, but it's worth it if you're gona drop 40+ on a tee..
