i usually beat my jordans to the ground... but if they get uncontrollably dirty i use the undefeated x jason markk sneaker cleaner. it smells pretty good and cleans my shoes without damaging the sensitive suedes and whatnot.
waterproofer is also good. pick it up at any retail sneaker store.
I don't wear decreasers, they hurt after a while. Just put them back in the box with shoe trees or stuff them at the toes to keep the shape of the shoes.
Keeping Jordans Fresh I used Sneaky Klean and it works good for me. Used on Space Jams, 4's, 5's, 11's, and 19's. I have used jason markk before but it costs too damn much and I get the same results and satisfaction with Sneaky Klean.
My 4's are fairly easy to keep clean just dish soap and warm water no bleah if possible it can cause yellowing. Try to rock a different pair everyday...the scuff marks on the side on the black is going to happen no matter what and the same thing with the Jordan 3's
