Skepta Partners With Levi's Music Project For an Exclusive Performance At Victoria & Albert Museum
The Grime MC is giving back to the youth of London.

Levi‘s is launching a new long-term global community-based music program called the Levi’s Music Project. For the occasion, the denim specialists have teamed up with Skepta, who recently headlined an exclusive performance at the V&A museum. The Levi’s Music Project is a grand effort to give back to communities by providing students with inspiration and access to music education. Skepta will also be creating a music space in his local community in Tottenham, and young people in the area will be able to learn about modern music, recording, lighting design, sound production and how to build social media presence as an artist. Students will also have the opportunity to spend time with Skepta and various other music experts as well.
On the initiative, Skepta reveals, ”I want to show the young generation that success is not something you search for externally, it is from within. Help people to understand that all your thoughts and ideas can become reality with a bit of hard work and dedication.” The project will culminate in a performance at the Victoria & Albert Museum dubbed “Revolutions Weekender: A Festival of Peace, Love and Music” on from November 4-6, which will be attended by the Grime artist himself.
