salvy;'s 2016 Fall/Winter Lookbook Incorporates Understated and Muted Style
Clean and simple workwear returns.
Japanese label salvy; — founded by designer and Issey Miyake alumnus Hirokazu Goh in 2013 — is back with a set of visuals for its upcoming 2016 fall/winter collection. The simple and stark shots let the brand’s clean workwear looks speak for themselves: relaxed, wide-legged trousers are paired with firm-fitting knit-wear while military-inspired outerwear rounds things out. Standout pieces include what appears to be a bubble-goose crewneck that’s perfect for layering, gradient knits, a gray cable-knit sweater, and a shell jacket with blazer-style lapels. The overall aesthetic is one of understatement and muted style.
