Black Mountaineering by White Mountaineering to Debut with the POOL aoyama's "MELANISM" Installation

the POOL aoyama continues to cement its place in the next generation of streetwear, with Hiroshi Fujiwara’s retail imprint debuting a new collection from Japanese contemporary favorite White Mountaineering. Accordingly, Black Mountaineering by White Mountaineering will launch at the POOL beginning this month, with the retailer curating the “MELANISM” installation to accompany the range. ‘Black Mountaineering’ itself will consist of 11 specially-designed pieces, uniting various luxury materials and construction techniques – GORE-TEX, Zimbabwe-sourced cottons, overwashed Japanese denim – under a black color palette.
