Following in the Footsteps of McDonald's Hong Kong, Burger King Japan Releases Kuro “Black” Burgers

Asia’s ever innovative fast food industry introduces another viral sensation with the release of Burger King’s “Kuro” burgers. Featuring two such burgers, the processed elements of the burgers are respectively clad in black including a black bun, black cheese and black sauce. The coloring comes courtesy of the use of charcoal flavoring while as you’d hope, the patty and produce is naturally colored. The burgers will be available starting September 19. Last year, McDonald’s Hong Kong had a similar stunt with the release of their Black and White Burgers.
