Lorde Reenacts 'South Park' Parody Song

Last week, Lorde was the subject of two South Park episodes. The cartoon show even released, unofficially, “Lorde’s” a.k.a Stan’s dad’s latest hit “ya ya ya, I am Lorde ya ya ya!” And in an interview with David Farrier of New Zealand’s TV3 News, the singer-songwriter gave her own rendition the song made famous by the television comedy show. Considering South Park’s notoriety for offensive “cameos”, Lorde was quick mention that she “got off really easy on this one.” When asked on her thoughts about her guest appearance she told David she was in her “hotel room singing [the song], for like an hour.” Check out the clip above along with the original episode below:
