TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloIst. 2014 Spring/Summer Collection

Less than a week after unveiling its understated sneaker collaboration with foot the coacher, TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloIst. previews its 2014 spring/summer collection in a lookbook inspired by its original sketches. Dubbed “I me me mine,” the ninth range from Takahiro Miyashita’s brainchild brand centers around its founder’s favorite color, navy, in addition to a thoughtfully curated selection of casual menswear pieces with obvious Japanese undertones. With items like double breast blazers with unstructured shoulders, plaid henleys, plaid jackets, and even trousers with fringed seams, Miyashita’s impending collection succeeds in presenting a unique spin on timeless westernized apparel.
