As Jordan Brand continues to roll out special editions of the Air Jordan XX8, an aptly-themed colorway has been unveiled for the coming season. Spike Lee’s Do The Right Thing, arguably the director’s most celebrated film, has had a profound impact on streetwear with its stark portrayal of life in Brooklyn on a hot summer day, not to mention the prominence of Air Jordans throughout the film. This rendition of the Air Jordan XX8 simultaneously celebrates the past and future, with colors inspired by the original film poster – previously seen on corresponding editions of the Air Jordan III Retro and Son of Mars Low. Enjoy a look at these new classics, available on June 29 for $250 USD at select retailers.
