Joey Roth Ceramic Speakers

December 29, 2010Techby Eugene Kan189 Views

The Joey Roth Ceramic Speakers make the most of just a handful of materials as the natural beauty of them such as porcelain, cork and Baltic birch makes for a stunning set of speakers. Custom-made drivers ensure that the full range of dynamic sound can be captured and will make for new listening experiences even with old tracks. They are available for direct order via Joey Roth.

As a non-audiophile I have no doubt these would fit my limited needs. Aesthetically – absolutely. I will order them in the coming year.

I designed the system to work with most quality aftermarket subs. I’m working on a ceramic subwoofer now that should be ready by this spring.

Thanks for the post Eugene. If you guys have any questions about the design, I’m happy to discuss.

These have been out for a while and have made their rounds through the audiophile world. The general consensus is pretty “meh” for the price.

i agree. the wood could be doing more. i think it’s that arm that comes out to brace the front of the speaker. if the speaker could just rest on the back end, i think it would create a really successful illusion. great design nonetheless imho.

That’s the same setup Tom Hanks had in Cast Away.

The cosmetics of the speakers should be better.
The wood looks awkward. Love everything else about it though.
