im also a kaws fan about 5 years ago….
and just like u say kaws are always doing the same thing,,,,, – -
and all the product comes lately are just … not fun at all
and the most sad part is … t shirt form Original Fake are made in China …
how can accept that man ..
i almost want to cry when i see the product like that…

…and just yesterday one of my friend bought the new figure, and he was showing off to me ,,
but i cant feel any jealousy or happiness…
really really sad…

I too am a huge fan of Kaws, have been for almost a decade now and I hate to admit it but I am not impressed with his lack of originality that has been occurring lately. Yes, the Pinochio was kinda cool but to just put exs in the eyes and skull cross bones on the head, it all of a sudden becomes high priced art? kaws, c’mon!!! This is why I have not bought any of his products lately because I do not want to encourage this lame behavior of re-emulations. Kaws is very talented and can do much better than what he has been doing lately. Yes I agree with the other fans and he is a talented person but how long will this go on, another 30 or so re-emulations until people like me will get bored with it. Kaws you are loosing a big fan of yours by your lack of originality lately. BORING!!!!!!

Runts like you who talk noise about a PRODUCTIVE man lack respect for hard work and expression, because your only “expression” is cute comments on the web. I mean the one with bleeding hands………….anybody remember it??

The exhibition area is also where you purchase the souvenirs. It’s actually a very small space with very limited exhibits hence the mutiple angles of the same subjects. Nothing like the one at Aldrich.

POP-ART is alive and kicking the glazed eyed generation with colorful parody boots. Repetitive wallpaper repetitive wallpaper, precise reproduction, reproduce, reproduce. The gradual realization that one is imitating that which one first set out to mock and rebel against.

..the only “bad art” is boring art.
