    a bunch of you fail to miss is that apple introduces a lot of common features better. they set the trend and standard for what our mobile devices do by using common sense and innovation. even if your droid can do all of that, the point of how apple markets themselves isnt for the purpose of how many features it has. just because they didnt invent it doesnt mean they can’t market it well and create a trend from it.

    PCs are a nightmare to use. I switched to Macs after years of using PCs and it was a huge relief. And yes, I do know how to use a computer. Macs and PCs do the same thing, they just do it in different ways – and to me the Mac way is far more intuitive and reliable and far less intrusive and irritating.

    And before you ask me if I’m ‘mad’, look back over this comments thread and notice that you’ve left 14 comments at this point, of which 13 are mad and abusive. Why exactly does Apple make you so angry?

    It’s still early days but i think of all the tablets – the play book (even though it does sound childish) is probably the best contender so far to go against the iPad. It won’t affect sales as all the blackberry owners will run to this.

    I use both and they both have their pros and cons.

    To say Mac is superior is subjective and often times, wrong. Same goes for Windows/Linux.

    There is no perfect product. PERIOD.

    This is pretty cool…. Looks like it will be a much better value than the iPad depending on the price. Multi-tasking is a big deal, and Blackberry makes really dependable products….

    Oh BTW, Apple is a brand that will never die…. It’s a BRAND that is viewed as revolutionary and innovative. They have genius marketing that is anchored on their products. Some of you are right about their ploys that they use, but it’s all apart of the game.

I think apple is pretty good at recreating functionality in a new light however there are some other companies on the rise that would like to get into that conversation as well.     Man whats with all this hate. Anyone who’s not dumb knows apple products NOW are not worth the money. You can get a top of the line PC for the same amount, assuming you can build your computer. Oh right most people can’t therefore they buy the expensive one. Apples are good for multimedia. They don’t lag or have viruses. I say if your rich enough you can buy both products, a PC and Macs. Solves both problems. In terms of the “tablet” and phones, i prefer Blackberry. They make solid products that’s reliable and worth the money. This will probably be better than the iPad (not to mention it will cost less and work better).

    I like this product. The only problems I see for any BB product in the near future is their developer base or lack thereof. iOS for mobile and Windows for desktop got the game locked down for now. Android is on the rise and Windows Phone 7 will eventually get a lot of developers as well due cross-platform coding with their other products (Windows, Xbox). Will BB get the same love? Hope so, but its an uphill battle.

    It’s nothing wrong to develop one’s idea n even do better from invented idea. iPad and BBPB have their own (+) and (-). To me, as both user, I prefer BBPB for its specs, yet I prefer iPad for its motion. We have to admit BBPB layout is not as attractive as iPads. Go Apple, Go RIM. Once Apple use to be a revolutionary company, now they just started a marketing revolution. But they were not satisfied by that, but also started with their crap, I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BRAND WITH SUCH HORRIBLE MARKETING STRATEGIES, they are the worst ever, so much arrogancie, trying to step over the competition, but not through making cool stuff, but not allowing their applications, or by talking crap bout’em. Also, let’s not forget that they try to scam their own customers, by making the first line worst than crap and also pricing it off the hook (so later they can release a new one cheaper and better).

    I think if microsoft used to be the evil in the software-computer industry, now that title goes to apple.
