Here we have a look into some pieces from MHI’s 2010 Spring/Summer collection, titled “Headhunter”. This season, MHI expresses late 80s and early 90s pop culture from industrial music to New Jack Swing, with graphic inspiration from Face Magazine art director Neville Brody and the Buffalo movement. The collection is comprised of classic military and workwear styles, including seersucker stripes, summer weight varsity jackets, and large dice checks. Graphic tees display striking imagery inspired by bands such as Nitzer Ebb, Future Sound of London and Front242 as well as 90s computer console gaming and virtual reality, are rendered in deep purple, golden yellow and ocean green. Check out the full extensive collection now at the maharishi store and through the newly renovated web store.
