Omg….some of these things are really cute. I love the C hats and im loving the gray sweatshirt inside the jacket……mmmmmhhh. I don’t know about those last jackets……….? they kind of remind me of that Stussy jacket.
Well regardless, i still love Crooks&Castles on my boy <3

    Clean. Grown man winter shit.

  5. Posted by: I get it on October 20, 2009 at 1:55 pm

Man im getting tired of the repeatedness being put forth. I just saw this from stussy two years ago. The 4 year cicyle of trends has to offer more. I like the lil devil logo, kudos on making that lil guy. Stuff does look like quality, but im just bored. No shade against the hard work put out.

    59 AND COUNTING….

  7. Posted by: Childhood Champ on October 19, 2009 at 5:09 pm

When I recall the days back when the boys of Crooks were producing L5 Landscape, I can see how this came about, not a big surprise it was just a matter of time. Lots of these kids commenting were still in OshKosh when these cats were setting trends. If C&C stayed dropping guns and bats on every collection you kids would still complain… Take it for what it is, if you like the textiles and the fit, wear it. if not then don’t buy it.

Stupid wangsters talking like they know how thugs dress and shyt…don’t make me laugh this collection is legit

the collection looks nice but i wouldn’t buy it from from this brand, it doesn’t match the identity they have created for themselves. i much rather buy this stuff from ralph lauren, penfield, pendelton,

    @ Boosie

That’s something I’m still trying to grasp.

Regardless if what they’re doin is dope or wack, they get more comments then anyone on the beast!!

Love how C&C keeps it FRESH. They EVOLVED nicely. All the dudes complaining about the “change” & “look” are probably always the last know, and probably the biggest dick riders.

TO Unknown: FUCK YOU HATER, I’m from Cerritos, it might look like a nice city but it’s surrounded by mexican neighborhoods that are older than you you little faggot! Norwalk, Artesia, Hawaiian Gardens… This dude has only been to Cerritos Mall! Come to my block you little shit I’ll show you GREEN GRASS!

Hey there are a lot of people rattleing off at the mouth but some of yall aren’t doing shit, they are not rebranding themselves, they are playing to the Winter theme. Bet, their summer/spring will be completely different. Open your eyes instead of hating, the best quality clothing fabrics out there is the high fashion brands, and you don’t wear high fashion shit to Skate or BMX. or even sit on the block, take it for what it is and buy the brand and rep the gear.
BTW this new shit is HOTT respect.

  21. Posted by: googoo on October 15, 2009 at 2:40 pm

Honestly, the stuff is not that impressive. It’s not terrible by any means, but if they’re trying to entice me into purchasing their products, it’s not really working. Aside from their denim, I haven’t been impressed with the quality of their standard garments. Also, I doubt that jacket is quilted leather, looks like nylon to me. Hopefully those other jackets use leather, and not pleather.

the line looks tight but i never expected for Crooks n Castle to ever take it there. They first dropped and it was on some hood shyt. Wit stick up kids, guns and bats and now this. Im confused its bipolarish if you ask me….

  24. Posted by: nwdrift on October 15, 2009 at 1:31 pm

finally something good, overdue for crooks in my opinion.

  25. Posted by: Rico Buckz on October 15, 2009 at 1:31 pm

To start off, Ima crooks-head. I love C&C but the past year has been pure disappointment. All these corny hats and ugly plaids are boring already. Plaid shirts are already fading out and their JUST NOW pullin out the “big guns” for winter. The varsities, jackets and beanies are kool though.

  26. Posted by: Boss Hogg on October 15, 2009 at 1:28 pm

Yah man shit looks really good… At least they know when to drop a holiday line and at the right time not Shipping Fall when it’s super late… Collection is solid I’m sure they have that shit that the usual customer has but this is showcasing their cleaner approach

  27. Posted by: Might gotta take my shirt off on October 15, 2009 at 1:19 pm

Def more of a grown look from Crooks. Good shit. Those Red Wings on the main pic are crazy!

  28. Posted by: Mike on October 15, 2009 at 12:32 pm

What’s the deal with the NAZI logos??? Check the label on the bottom right corner of the last sweater. That looks like exactly a NAZI eagle according to every history book in the world.

  29. Posted by: sweets on October 15, 2009 at 11:55 am

Holiday looks really good. BIg ups to the whole c&c camp.

  30. Posted by: pinoy got sole on October 15, 2009 at 11:08 am

crooks playin follow the leader. great work guys. guess you had to go somewhere once the all-over print/ matchin loud tees to dunks and new era bubble burst.

  31. Posted by: Dissertation. On. Authinticity. on October 15, 2009 at 9:12 am

Crooks is doing a job with changing design speed to catch up with the market. Unfortunately success breeds jealousy, jealousy breeds envy, and envy breeds hate. With that being said congrats on acomplishing what most people can’t. Don’t front like this is not one of the most commercial (in-a-good-way), respected (Jay-z’s stamp of approval = $$$), and creative (come on the logo is fuckin retareded) in a long time. If you hate on Crooks you hate on all succesful brands, Go ahed and hate on Jonas Bevaqua for stayin with his vision and hittin the jack-pot!

  32. Posted by: jon on October 15, 2009 at 6:24 am

alot of you need to stop drinking that haterade. so what if theyre pushing out merch that’s totally different from their norms. if you dont like it, dont buy it. also, for the “unknown” who left the comment about crooks not being “g’s”. just keep it moving. you know nothing about them.

  33. Posted by: Druks on October 15, 2009 at 5:50 am

Great! I love the new spirit of Crooks & Castles. It can be strange for people who are used to more street stuffs but really canadian style, like it!

  34. Posted by: BIG JOEY on October 15, 2009 at 4:45 am

sorry, i think this stuff looks great (grown up folks). that quilted leather is clean. i’ve never owned anything from them. i’ll have to check it out. looking forward to the vans as well.

  36. Posted by: ClarkKent on October 15, 2009 at 3:10 am

i cop alot of crooks and there stuff is made really good. all my crooks tees wash after wash never fade they never shrink, to me c&c is one of the premier urban brands
this shit is dope! all of it..

  37. Posted by: Haz on October 15, 2009 at 3:08 am

God you all sound like jackasses…

All I hear is bitching about how “unoriginal” something is then when it’s too “unoriginal” you talk shit.

And someone said outdoors hunters, are you kidding me? Wearing plaid and vests doesn’t mean your an “outdoor hunter” it’s just something you wear during fall, and it’s been around for years.

IT seems like anything that any company puts out you all immediately talk shit, and take it WAY overboard. For the record I don’t own a piece of C&C clothing, but this doesn’t even look that bad.

  38. Posted by: pat on October 15, 2009 at 2:21 am

good job holding on to that brand identity. this shit will be in malls soon enough.

  39. Posted by: joeeeee on October 15, 2009 at 2:00 am

    ummmm, no.

  40. Posted by: Unknown on October 15, 2009 at 1:24 am

I agree with the dude below who said it very well. First they try to portrey themselves as Gangsters, now they are trying to portry themselves as a high end, high fashion menswear line. In reality Crooks n’ Castles were never gangsters. If you know anything about the city they come from ( Cerritos C.A. ) It is one of the nicer areas in between both Los Angeles and Orange Counties They are rich asian kids who come from an area with no gang activity, and green grass. Cerritos is not at all “Gangster or Ghetto” Crooks n’ Castles are a bunch of fakers with good marketing ideas.

    The End.

  41. Posted by: pshhhhh on October 15, 2009 at 12:22 am

yo, crooks, i bought it at Ross already.

  44. Posted by: p.s on October 14, 2009 at 11:09 pm

wow, not in a good way but in a confused way. seriously first it was street and now its like an outdoor type ish…c’mon guys!

  45. Posted by: blazed on October 14, 2009 at 10:57 pm

Total garbage! So sick of all this dick riding. First it was all-over print logo’d out stupidity, now its sophisticated workers and hunters. Crooks for idiot suburban drug dealers who don’t know what’s up. that’s why they’ll pay top dollar for cheaply constructed non-inspired BS. I’ll stick with carhart

  50. Posted by: K-Mart on October 14, 2009 at 10:15 pm

I don’t have any C&C in my closet, but that might change. Diggin the jackets and long sleeves.

  51. Posted by: BHAHT on October 14, 2009 at 9:47 pm

What up C&C identity crisis. Classic flannels is some holiday shit but Upstate NY’s been wrappin in this gear since the 1800’s.

  52. Posted by: Terrance on October 14, 2009 at 9:35 pm

U guys are prolly the same assholes buyin Supreme and their quality is shitty too!!! Stop whining!!!

  53. Posted by: *subtleapproach on October 14, 2009 at 9:01 pm

Definitely a different look for Crooks, I’m used to seeing the Versace bandana over print with the chain link etc etc… I personally like the American work wear look but it’s obvious when someone is dabbling. somebody’s been checking out Archival clothing and Reference Library.

  57. Posted by: v on October 14, 2009 at 7:42 pm

crooks, shitty quality clothing, like for real, u pay so much money for shit that isnt even worth it, its all made in china and they use shitty fabrics and awful fits. dont believe me? look at the tags.

  58. Posted by: Ryu Kidding Me on October 14, 2009 at 7:41 pm

Hella unoriginal, they just trying to do what everyone else is doing. too bad they are horrible at it, theme doesn’t match their brand at all. First they try to be gangsters, then they try to be outdoors hunters? Give us a break.

  59. Posted by: chris on October 14, 2009 at 7:30 pm

wow. nice line. good shit. don’t even rock a lot of crooks or even own anything from crooks but i’d fuck with that.
