These shoes are Kinda dope, but way too high for me.. I feel like they borrow too much from Army boots, but then again I’ve never worn a pair that high so they might look dope..

Supra Footwear has good skaters on its brand but once mall kids shopping at Zumiez got their hands on them then the brand started to decline. I remember kids asking me a few years ago if my Supra’s were made by Toyota. This past summer I finally get Skytops and once school started I kept getting asked about my skytops, where I bought them, and if there the same shit lil wayne wore. (the majority of Florida’s youth is slacking on style, believing that Rockstar mentality that mixes faux hawks and department store brand clothing is “fresh”, “exclusive”, and “madd hot”. Thank God for Covert and Beta in Orlando, and the few shops in Miami and Tampa thinking different in a good way and staying true to the culture). Now I see kids at school wearing them who don’t skate or understand the culture and because they are arrogant, narcissistic, self-centered assholes who think they know everything about what’s “hot” today in fashion and style.

The design is good and I have seen proof they are “ok” skate shoes, thanks to Maestro Knows and TK. But I won’t cop because I feel the brand Supra Footwear became a sell out. Not because of its skaters, but because of some of the consumers and stores they chose to sell to and let sell their product. Those few other stores in a mall are where more people go than a small independent shop. Supra should have kept their best shoes in local shops keeping exclusivity alive and selling their less popular shoes in malls which would still probably sell.

At least theres and ad above my page right now selling them for $58.90. Definitely a legit seller haha

opinionator: I agree, these are going to look foolish in a year (at the latest) but they are Supras and probably aren’t going to be very expensive… If you can get a couple months wear out of them, why not?

Really wasn’t feeling the grey patent for a while, having never seen the purple inside has now slightly changed my opinion. I don’t know if it will grow on me, it’ll probably be on my lady’s feet 92.9% of the time… next month is red perfs month
