For those who have paid close attention to 3sixteen in the last few seasons, the brand has initiated a visible change in direction. With their focus on graphic t-shirts no longer the symbol of the brand, we anticipate those days to be a forgotten era as the brand continues on with their new path. Although the 2009 spring collection video seen here offers more of an artistic mood setting rather then a good look at the pieces, nevertheless little detail shots can be seen which will give you an idea of what to expect at retailers in the coming weeks.

    Wow i really cant believe some of these comments. Streetwear brands like 3sixteen are finally able to transition into making clothes they actually like and the public can appreciate. And if you cant understand it then dont buy it, but dont hate on the people just because you disagree with their designs or dislike their video lookbook. Thats not what this is about. The funniest thing to me is in 2 years, the same people that are talking all this shit, are gonna be the same people jumping on the bandwagon and rockin 3six….DONT HATE, APPRECIATE!!!

    WOW SO MUCH HATE? i guess brands arnt’t supposed to evolve? they jumped off the street wear ship just before it sank.. they made there money and pumped it into better materials and cleaner designs … i like the direction they went .. ppl nit pick over the dumbest shit… hating on a simple cheezy ass video.. yea .. but i was just paying attention to the clothes and i liked some of the stuff i saw… they have been going through this transformation for a couple of seasons now… evrey legit. clothing brand does this

    Come on guys, 3sixteen is cool and all but a fucking overnight transition from CORNY ASS STREETWEAR to “sophisticated” mens wear…basically just emphasizing that they don’t really have any passion and wanted to jump on the new “trend” before it got too late. And sure, maybe they have good fits but with enough money anyone can.
    They actually used to put out ill lookbooks with creative & interesting photography. I admire their attempt to adapt to the new fashion climate and fuck with a video look book, but it’s basically garbage. NYU film students with $100 and 5 hours could have done better

    dude…..this is good shit; arent you tired of seeing jeans, tennis, t shirt or flannel……..you should rethink the word street wear and look into the culture if it…..a good mixture of things… you dont have to have one look and look like a kid all the damn time….look at visvim….

    First hand this is quality clothing. I own some and the fits are solid. It’s sophisto and dress down together. It’s actually a breathe of fresh air in all this cookie cutter looks. The new stuff looks Dope!

    Change in direction is needed for a brand like this. No identity and just another brand that seems to follow what ever else is doing is not a surprise. We’re streetwear yo!

    Actually, we’re a contemporary mens brand that is really boring like the video clip.
