We’ve seen many different re-appropriations of iconic cartoons from artist KAWS including SpongeBob SquarePants and the Smurfs. However, one that has yet to be seen in a more widespread light is some private work done for Pharrell Williams. Upon showing off his new Brooklyn Machine Works fixed gear, a the piece can be seen in the background. Perhaps something to be unveiled in the near future?

    took Simpsons and Family guy’s characters and put his “XX” on, i can’t see what makes KAWS be a genius…i’m not a hater, but as an painter, sculpter and toy maker, i dislike these shit…

    FRESH painting. Bikes are cool and all but why is everyone doing the bike thing now?? Its not even a stunt bike. Did skateboarding take a back seat to the race bike? Im not hating on it just wondering why it became popular. Are they going for the bike messenger look?
