With less than a month away, New Balance has offered a preview into Part 4 of the Super Team 33 project. The Super Team 33 collection represents various regionally designed packs of sneakers available in 33 of the world’s finest sneaker retailers. Previous regional designers included NB USA, NB Japan and NB EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Part 4 has enlisted the talents of New Balance Asia/Pacific to create this Elements Collection.
The Elements Collection features three New Balance 1400’s based on the following themes, Fire/Steel, Earth/Wood and Water. Playing on the culturally significant notion of yin-yang, each creation embodies a sense of serenity and completion. Each sneaker features detailed designs which can be seen on the outsole, tongue and insole. A defining characteristic is the use of a Chinese character to mark each element. The Super Team 33 Elements Collection will release Saturday, October 20th with a price of approximately $200 USD.
In a momentous occasion for skate label UXA, they recently released their 1st ever limited edition skate deck. The event warranted a trip out to Long Island to get Greg Chapman (whose work includes with Zoo York and Shut) to personally sign the first collection of decks. This series will be limited to 100 pieces, available now at select skate shops.
Freshjive has just released a new series of black t-shirts. The t-shirts seen here include the Enforcer, Worldwide Genocide, Indian Skull and Never Say Die. All tees have a dark and understated design. Check your local Freshjive dealers for availability.
To coincide with the recent release of Philosophy Zine Vol. 4, a special series of t-shirts have been released. Philosophy Zine is a publication by Japanese label WTaps which features a wide variety of lifestyle topics. Three different designs were created for these t-shirts, all sharing the same "The Lights are Off for Now" slogan on the back. Available now at Italy’s SlamJam. Unfortunately, Vol. 4 should be the last publication, placing a temporary hiatus on the Philosophy Zine series.

The black face with gold accents is fastened via a snake skin. Priced at ¥19,950 (approximately $174 USD) and will be only available at Celux.
