Last year, Staple from New York collaborated with Gravis on the Black Box Collection which included shoes and hats. The Hundreds which has exponentially grew these past few year has taken some teaser pictures of what’s to come for 2008 and posted it on their blog. Included in some of their upcoming projects are a pair of shoes, a watch, a toy (I think) and a pair of denim. Look for these projects to be released near the end of 2008.

Unbeknown to most people outside of Los Angeles, a personality by the name of Angelyne would be a poster child for self-promotion. Angelyne would feature herself in large billboards bearing her voluptuous figure. She soon became a Hollywood icon, often seen ripping around in her pink Corvette with her own personalized license plates. The Rosewood Collection from The Hundreds has utilized two sultry poses from Angelyne for a black and white t-shirt. Each t-shirt features Angelyne’s phone number, keeping in theme with the self-promotion we imagine. As part of the Rosewood Collection, the tees will only be available at The Hundreds Flagship Store.

The Hundreds and Brooklyn Projects will kick off the opening of their Censorship is Weak as F##k exhibition tonight with a special VIP party. The exhibition is a retrospective look at the history of skate art by Sean Cliver and Marc Mckee under the realm of World Industries. Their characteristically controversial and sarcastic art would be a highlighting point as World Industries would allow no social issue to be untouched as seen in this showcase.
