KAWS 4 Feet Black Companion?

KAWS 4 Feet Black Companion?

Last year in June, we saw the release of the 4 feet Companion toy from the artist KAWS. The toy which cost $2500 USD was instantly sold out when it was released. Recently some friends of KAWS including Nigo and Kei had a visit to KAWS’ studio in New York. In one of the pictures from his blog, there is a 4 feet Companion in a Black colorway. Unfortunately, there is currently no information whether this is an upcoming release or just a sample made for “friends and family”.

Here’s an auction going down featuring allegedly artwork by artist Kaws, Faile and Neck Face. Taking place on a good ol’ 1996 Dodge Ram, the art work is of unknown authenticity, but perhaps a buyer could parade it around and lure streetwear kids in with promises of free t-shirts… modified Bangbus styles.
