Jordan Brand is showing Europe some love with an upcoming Spiz’ike release. While the Spiz’ike is the most favorable Air Jordan hybrid yet, we do anticipate some competition from newly created hybrids like the 6 Rings model. These Spiz’ikes are slated for a Europe only release next month in a black/gold colorway. Look for Paris’ Opium to be among the retailers.
We’ve seen several Nikes exclusively made for celebrities such as Kanye’s Air Yeezy, now it seems that world famous film director and hardcore NY Knicks fan, Spike Lee, has also joined the ranks. The custom Air Jordan Spizikes uses black and white as base color with the Knick’s signature blue and orange as accent colors. Definitely a nice pair of kicks to sport if you’re Knicks fan.

The Spiz’ike has been one of Jordan Brand’s more successful mash-ups as predecessors such as the Dub-Zero slowly fade away into obscurity. The original release of the Spiz’ike campaign saw somewhat comical colorways. However, the Spiz’ike has matured nicely allowing for solid colorways to come through. Black and gold together can often do no wrong as the sneaker is relatively minimalistic with hints of gold. No word yet on availability.
