Celebrating a year of service, Purist Boutique has lined up a series of collaborations including one with Futura Laboratories. The encompassing theme behind not only this collaboration but each respective upcoming product was something that represented the brand’s roots or direction. The upcoming range of products will all come from brands which have supported Purist from its early beginnings with hopes of releasing one new product per week. The black shirt seen here in white font includes 3M detailing, while the yellow shirt is reserved for friends and family. The shirts will release on Saturday, June 7th only at Purist. Only in-store and phone orders are available.
Although no strangers to the footwear segment, Futura Laboratories have largely focused their efforts on apparel and fashion. Upcoming soon is a footwear release featuring a classic Chuck Taylor All-Star silhouette with some of Futura’s signature fonts surrounding the upper. Two colors are available and should release at select FL dealers including the FL Shop.
Using graffiti artist Futura’s iconic imagery, Futura Laboratories has just released an all new Atomic Ring Messenger Bag within the brand’s Fukuoka flagship store. The black/black and black/white colors on the perfectly sized bag should be more then adequate to get your essentials from point A to B. Available now at FL Shop.
Here’s a look at some new products from Futura Laboratories. A strong collection of hats can be seen of the 5-panel variety as well as an anodized bike chain. The 5-panel hats include an all-over print Pointman logo as well as a colorful plaid print while the bike chain cover is printed with various Futura icons such as the Atom and logos. The products are available now via phone order at Purist.

The collaborative efforts of Descente and Futura Laboratores has brought forth a new sense of performance credibility as the mash-up looks to combine FL aesthetics with Descente’s time tested performance qualities. The highlight of the four piece collection is the Mizusawa down jacket. Built with DiAPLX fabric (by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries), the intelligent fabric possesses qualities far beyond the norm in technical fabrics. The material is able to react accordingly to ambient temperature. When the core temperature is cool, the molecules within the fabric remain close together and retain heat, however once the core temperature rises, the molecules will force themselves apart to allow for moisture to escape. All while this is happening, the material remains waterproof and windproof. This material holds similar properties to Schoeller’s c_change fabric recent seen on the Canada Goose Non Insulated collection. Rounding out the releases are various Atomic Ring camo models, from vests to light spring jackets.
